Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Because our items are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations once production has started.

• Refunds are only accepted in the case of:
  ✓ wrong item received
  ✓ serious defects caused by us

• Minor differences in color, materials, or handmade details are normal and are not considered defects.

• We do not provide refunds for:
  ✗ change of mind
  ✗ customer error in size/model selection
  ✗ shipping delays outside our control

• If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with clear photos.
